That promise is constant, but we’ve changed over the years to better meet your needs.
When I founded this firm in the 1990s, we initially provided sales-management consulting. That evolved into executive and sales coaching. Those offerings are still in our suite of services, but today we concentrate more on the bigger picture of strategic planning and succession planning. We provide selection and employee professional development at all levels of the organization. And we help companies focus on their most important assets—their people.
I should note that twenty years ago, we began working with our first family-owned business. This was a local operation with two generations at work. Over the years, we’ve become absolutely passionate about family-business consulting with its important balance of family first and business a close second.
